Meow! I'm Arid, a cat fur from the Philadelphia area. I play clarinet and enjoy Formula 1 racing. I'm 21 years old and a cisgender gay man.

I got my start in the fandom in January 2017 after finding the original Pennsylvania Furries forum. I was somewhat active there until it shut down on December 31, 2018. Before I found that forum, however, I found myself into vore. In 2015 I made an account on DeviantArt, and later Fur Affinity, just to access vore art. Eventually I found some local "furs" pages on FA, including for Philadelphia and Pennsylvania. I eventually decided to do a Google Search on "Pennsylvania furs" and that's how I found the (now retired) PA Furs forum. I am still mildly active on their Discord server and Telegram chat.

I am autistic (and proud). My autism has played a huge part in how I got into the fandom and why I feel so at home here now. Autism advocacy is one of my biggest passions, both outside of and within the context of furry.
