Stellar Convergence MUCK (SCM), was previously known as FurrySpace MUCK. Two former FurryMUCK wizards (Points and Slipstream), had participated in the now mostly-inactive area of FurryMUCK known as FurrySpace, where furs engaged in outer space-based role-playing. In its time, FurrySpace was quite popular, and there were a few strong voices who wished to keep it alive. Points, Slipstream, and a handful of others started this MUCK in answer to those desires.
